What a strange love for "oper" and constant bans?

I'm from Ukraine. Please explain why I am banned by IP? The last times - the bans have clearly crossed the line of decency. Perhaps something personal? I have a static IP. I'm already tired of changing them, for money, by the way. What is the problem? With this approach, obviously, hurting someone's personal feelings?, the server will gradually die. Nick oper.

Hello, you were banned for multiple ban evading. Please, wait for the admins who banned you.

Yes, I remember that incident. At that time I had serious problems with the Internet for 2-3 months. I freaked out, I admit it. We have a war in our country, and my ISP was able to fix the problem only after 3 months. There were jumps with pings of 20-1000ms and with packet loss every 5-10 minutes on some European hosts. Bad routing. It was easier for me sometimes to enter the game using a VPN from France, the ping is a little more, but the game is more stable. In general, 3 months of masochism and perseverance to play eventually turned out to "repair" the Internet. And during this time I was banned several times. The reasons for the last bans were not clear to me.

maybe its a auto kick, because you use a vpn?

starts rule violation and kick - again rule vialotion turns into ban. ban evading turns in permban - even today you change adress and key and evade again even thouig you are banned.

Where are the rules presented? Can I get acquainted with the terms of bans? For the future.
I was not aware of such punishments and their terms.
What to do with me, I will be unbanned and when?
