Hello

On server SIMPLE / BF1942 it says that im banned when trying to login
I havent played this game for 10 years so it's strange.

It's strange because after many tries i sometime succed in connect and play (this morning ) and others times it said again thait i am banned ??

Plz help Mr Admin this server is so nice to play this old amazing game.

Thanks a lot

You probably installed a pirated version of this game with a shared cd key that has already been banned. You would have to change it to solve your problem.

And it was really that simple! Hahaha...

A player, who says he returned to this game after 10 years, posts a ban appeal, which appears to be "not" an actual ban appeal,  just a technical issue... And he gets his respond after 3 days? And worst, the actual responder/problem 'solver' is not an admin but a player?!

Actually, i had given a break to this game and this forum but...  Was just checking you guys, just a coincidence, and this topic made me real angry. You know how much i love new players here!!!

I may not play but i'll check this forum tomorrow and everyday after...

Using a public key itself wouldn't be a problem but in such cases you have to wait for admin's instructions, otherwise attempts to change your key with an active ban can be considered ban evading which is forbidden. However a part from that we need some time to investigate because there is an active ban for glitching on a player close to Richelieu's location, please wait for a little till we check the info, thanks.

Don't be so picky about those who pull Simple's strings. Behind what we don't see there is a big web and internal issues that should be checked beforehand as Paul says, apart from the fact that there are humanitarian issues that can lead to setbacks, for that there is the contribution that we can make to take the burden off them.

Anyway, I still believe in the theory I said before, although the only one who could explain it would be the one who asked for it, and we are still waiting for his answer.

Hello again and thanks for ur answers even if they are not all directly responding to my problem.

On June 2022 i saw thats BF 1942 was now free.
I check EA website but BF 1942 is not available any more.
So i dowload the game on https://gs2us.com/games/fr/battlefield- … lecharger/
or and on https://steamunlocked.net/1-battlefield … -download/

and the install Battlefield 1942 v1.612 Retail executable patched (2014-05-21) on https://team-simple.org/download/

So i understand that the CD key must be banned.
I badly thought that it was my Nickname or IP that was banned from Simple server

I will now try to change that key ?? but dont have found the way for the moment.

Hi, i got banned today in Battle of Bulge Map.
My username is TURKISH KING
i got banned because i took someone else's Wespe tank and drove it to somewhere else close to enemy base. I thought it would be more useful
Then i literally got kicked for "stealing the tank"
Naturally i got raged and started whining to person and kept asking "Why are you crying?" I actually didnt know taking someone elses tank is a reason to get kicked. I am sorry for abusing the person who hadthe Wespe and i promise that something similar wont happen again

My problem is fixed ! Thanks to admins for their decision and thanks to Paul Baumer for the instructions.
I can now play on these great Simple servers.
