Z+V=VICTORY spawnsniping on Bocage

Hello,
The other day while playing on Bocage after getting killed I went afk for a few secs to plug my laptop in to charge and got sniped right after I spawned on base behind sandbags. Now I understand that that part of the base is pretty much close to the combat area and can be mistaken by an inexperienced player, but this guy's score suggests otherwise:

I reported this to admin but Z+V said he's just a medic (he switched to medic) so he couldn't have sniped me. He knew he was out of bounds...
