BAN from 21.2. or 22.2

Hello all, I would like to ask why I've got BAN from your server. I can't connect since 22.2.20022. I don't know about any reason why I should be banned. Can you please give me some explanation what I have done wrong? Thank you!

Hey, you are not in ban list and looks like you are using a public key that is banned on our servers. Don't worry, we will contact you in pm to fix this issue.
