i allways notice that people death bail so much its like everytime i kill the planes they death bail is the rule still inforced

You should destroy plane before they deathbail.

Yup ,they are the players that live in the 'I'm no fun' division.
And it is indeed to rob you of a killpoint....
Usually it's out of spite and by doing that they also confirm you are in fact a better person and player than them.
