you favourite games apart from Battlefield

hello, this off-topic is about random games which you like and love very much from childhood and today as well. i'll start with ''Empire Earth''

Empire Earth is a series of real-time strategy video games developed by Stainless Steel Studios and Mad Doc Software, and published by Sierra Entertainment, Activision, and Vivendi. The games in the series are historical RTS games that are similar to Age of Empires.

That would be fun, i havent played for a long time either tho, when i started steam some months ago i couldnt install anything, it said i had no space left on harddrive. It came now after upgrading to win 10. Been meaning to fix it sometime. Unfortunately it seems that i have got some lazy bug up my a***

I guess there is still the old Windows Installation in a Folder Windows.old.

You can delete it due "cleanmgr"

> Start > run > cleanmgr

> mark the "to delete files" and then first click on > Clean Systemfiles (or how its named in englisch). 

(there you see your old Windows Installation)

> "In the enhanced optiones" you can delete also all the old shadowcopies except the last one.

POV video of me (pada) back when i was still actively and competitively playing Quake 3 (cpma mod), i would say it's my favorite duel game, played it a lot between 2010 and 2017, but originally i came from Jedi Knight 2 multiplayer which will always have a special place in my heart (played between 2002 and 2010). Quake 3 ofcourse has no recoil, and it is a lot faster than BF1942. Now i just play BF1942 for fun because i'm an old fart and i can't really keep up anymore with the Q3 crazy skill ceiling (it's a dead game now anyway)

Nice, always liked arena shooters and their high learning curves. Different dynamic for sure. How active is the Q3/QL competitive scene nowadays? I really liked the old QuakeCon competitions hosted on Quake Live.

It is as active as hf2 deathmatch. Both dead. The same engine and same moving (portal,hf,quake,doom) the last time hfdm was active is 2020-2021, I played last time then. Before I played it much , I found hf multiplayer , but haven’t found bf online that time lol, missed all the bf time
