Kicked as soon as I join the server

Hello,

I am not sure if I am banned or not, but every time I try to join, I am able to get on the server for a few seconds before getting the message "Kicked From Server".

If I am banned, I would like to politely request an unban and also learn the reason for the ban.  If I am not banned and there is another issue that is causing me to be kicked off the server, I apologize improperly placing this post.
