BF1942.exe patch by henk

Hey all,

I just wanted to share my BF1942.exe with you guys!
I mainly share this because of my fix for the annoying message: Error: failed  to add player <name> to buddylist. Couldn't locate player.
For the nerds: file offset 6A410: 83 C4 1C 90 90
Its based on Team SIMPLE's exe with the addition of Buds in-menu resolution fix and a RAM expansion.
The changes are:

* No CD
* Portable
* Widescreen support - In game
* Widescreen support - In menu
* master.gamespy.com replaced with master.bf1942.sk
* Increased accessible ram from 2gb to 4gb
* Removed this message from console:
	 Error: failed  to add player <name> to buddylist. Couldn't locate player.

It's an interesting idea however I think that making another BF1942 executable available to the general population is going to confuse people, especially new players.

Was it tested on a PB server?

The increased RAM, is it for the graphics patch? This would be a great executable for the FHSW community.
