IP banned

Hello,

I've got a new router with a new public IP today but I can't connect to this Simple Server, the IP seems to be range banned(I can connect with the other router with a different public IP), it starts with 109.190. I get the message "Impossible to connect to the server".

Who can I PM for this type of request ?
