i was banned when someone tked me?

so i wanna say first i was upset because some dude spawn killed me twice and then someone else
said "spawn killing is allowed" and then he told me to shut the fuck up when was spawn killing allowed?
ive seen other times when people said that it was against rules and people were kicked for that
people were saying admins werent online and people were being tked etc so yea im upset when
this is allowed and admins do nothing and then when we switched maps someone was throwing
mines all around our base i didnt see it and i drove a tank into it and he tked me and then i was
banned for 15 minutes why was i banned what did i do wrong hes the idiot thats spamming mines
all around our teams base near the tanks.
