banned wrong player

Banned 12/25 2:20pm after playing for 5 minutes on server 72 player Team-Simple BF1942
Admin was fighting it out with other player BattlefieldSoldier in !w !k chat, then slaps the #59 dis! command and I am banned forever.
I had 0 teamkills, 2 deaths, 0 chats this round, just insta-banned because the admin screwed up the player #
Please unban me and be more careful in the future. It's not very fun to be banned from the only high-player-count server for NO REASON.

what a poor response
put forth some effort and check the chat logs for 2:20 today to see that BFSoldier was the one being !w warned and !k kicked for disrupting gameplay.
there is no reason I should be banned for your team's admin-happy incompetence.

You missed the part about putting forth some effort to check the chat logs. Is english not your strong suit?
It looks like this is yet another small game where a few megalomaniac admins are more concerned with abusing their power than doing work.
Perhaps when the unknown "admin who banned me" shows up in a few days or weeks, he'll ban himself for admin-abuse and ban you for not doing your job to investigate a first-offense ban.

Most admins don't have access to chat logs or they don't have remote running at all times to get the chat logs.
The admin who banned you isn't one who will show up "in a few days or weeks." He'll respond to you soon.

This is the attitude of a true megalomaniac admin.
Why should an admin have to justify his actions?
Is haphazardly banning the wrong player an act that is disruptive to the game? Will the admin face any consequence or a ban for doing this? No. You're above the players and don't even have to justify your actions.
