Unban Request

Hey "blue" - Anna Nym?, RaketenHorst?, You were really unlucky that someone would shoot you down ...
But to react so pissed off, to ban someone without warning and above all without anyone being able to explain himself ...
Shame on you !

I had and I want to switch teams to level 8 against 6. And in the previous map, your partner "GoodYear" had blown everything away.
So your team was not only 2 more players but also very good players.

And when there is only the eagle's nest left, of course I immediately look at the path up the mountain to defend as infantry.

Everything completely normal and no reason to kick, let alone ban.

Ich musste und wollte das Team wechseln um 8 gegen 6 auszugleichen. Und in der Map davor hatte dein Partner "GoodYear" alles weggepustet.
Also war dein Team nicht nur 2 Spieler mehr sondern auch noch sehr gute Spieler mehr.

Und wenn es nur noch das Adlernest gibt, schaue ich natürlich sofort an den Weg den Berg hoch um als Infantrie zu verteidigen.

Alles ganz normal und kein Grund zu kicken, geschweige denn zu bannen.

you changed teams and waited until your former teammates fell into your trap for a few seconds. at the time you had the choice between several flags. my way wasn't a normal way. you lay down and just popped me off. It is always amazing how safe some players feel when they think they are not being watched. grow up and be ashamed of yourself. you cheat on your team and their teammates. since this is not an isolated incident, I wish you a good time to reflect. you now have 3 days for this. this topic is now over for me. I wish the gentleman all the best.

But keep on kicking and banning all trustworthy long-term players .... Until at some point nobody feels like playing anymore and you have the server to yourself.

You didn't answer any of my reasons, just that you were shot down ... Great

Hi Jar Jar, I was there too and I'm afraid you didn't really tell us the truth here. I saw you switched team and went directly for 2 best players in the opposite team, knowing their exact position, and killed them. You knew where they were because you looked at your minimap before changing to the opposite team to kill them.. That is disruptive and even similar to cheating.
About teams, they were even at that point of the game, and not how you are telling us now. I confirm what Raketen said and totally agree with 3 days ban as a fair and appropriate measure. Please make sure it's the last time you are doing this.

Teams were even before you switched, it was 7 vs 7 and not 8 vs 6 as you said.

Hey friends, may be anything, may look like this now ... in retrospect !!

But that implies that I would have changed teams to do kills?
This implies that I would have changed the team in order to have advantages?

Why should I change a team that, when I checked, had 2 more players and, above all, better players, in order to have more fun or advantages?

On the contrary, I try to convey the rules to others and to exhort them to adhere to them.

After all it looks for me as you were banned because you killed Raketen and he shows you his admin powers.

The "ban reason" looks absolutey constructed to me. I maybe play as long as Jarjar and when I switch team (what I often do) it is always to make teams more balanced. I never watched where my teammates are, before switching, Thats exactly Jarjars behaviour I know over the years.

You guys dont really know that your accusation is true.

For me it looks like this: Raketen does not like Jarjar, as you can see in some topics here. Raketen uses the slightest possibility, to kick/ban/accuse Jarjar. He did on me too. BTW: what is wrong with Raketen? He bothers other regular players like Haibiker and me in the last time. Haibiker told me that Raketen is insulting him on and on from time to time, when not much regular players are on, called him a "Hanswurst" that doesn´t hit the targets and so on.  Raketen called me or my playing "stupid". Looks like he is looking for a dispute with some players.

Jarjar is a long year fair player and you all know this. Those players are important for the server.

Alex, with all the respect, you are wrong. We already explained clearly what is the reason of ban, please read our posts carefully.
I will explain one more time, Jar Jar wasn't banned for switching teams, he was banned for using teamswitch trick to know where the players were on the map, and for using that information to kill them in game which is highly disruptive gameplay. That is forbidden by the rules and in some cases can be considered cheating, just like maphack. This disruptive behaviour was so evident that there can't be any doubt, and Jar Jar didn't mention it in his post. Now if he had been honest and admitted what he did, I'm sure Raketen would unban him.
Yes we know that Jar Jar is a regular player, and confirm that he usually plays fair. But as admins we can't close an eye when even a known good player does disruptive things, rules are for everyone and even for those who play on the server for many years.
I'm surprised you accuse Raketen of "constructing" ban reasons and having personal issues with players . In this case the ban is clearly well deserved according to the rules. Raketen is not a toxic admin and his admin actions are usually justified by fair reasons. Please provide more information and solid evidence (screenshots, videos) of potential abuses so these cases will be studied by admins and Raketen will respond to the accuses - if they are true.

Well, I respect your way of seeing the things.

Regarding Raketen: Haibiker wrote the things I wrote here to me via whatsapp, of course in German. Maybe you know that he is not good in English so he isn´t able to write it here in the forum. He complained and told me, that Raketen is bothering him from time to time and he doen not understand why. Haibiker feels provoked. I wasn´t online at that moments so I have no solid evidence. You have the logs, search for "Hanswurst"

But: Haibiker is a silent guy. He does not talk very much. We not often communicate via whatsapp (every 6 months or so). When he writes to me he has a reason.

Last week or 2 weeks before I was called "stupid" by raketen, because I took the plane at Agheila (beginning of the map) and bailed to take a flag. I dont think this is appropriate but after all it is no big thing too. It just looks like he wants to provoke some players.

if you use the plane at takeoff to quickly take the flag then it is not very smart. if the plane spawns again a short time later, then nobody will be in the base to use the plane since everyone has already left the base. this behavior is called stupid in professional circles. I and all participating players in your group are aware that you do not understand this.

but as you say .. no big deal

I don't talk to Haibiker at all. I know the name but have absolutely no idea who he is. and if something bothers him then I am sure that he is already old enough to put his mouth out himself. if necessary, i also understand one word or another of german.

Hey Alex, Jajar got caugth that's all. Not nice to speculate what was the intention of a admin to ban a player just beacuse he got killed. It will only bring more goofie complaints about admin crew. I have fun playing whit you and Jajar and hailbiker but I trust Rake and Paul job and judgments.

If there is some admins not power tripping it's them.
