Regular base attacking from DIMON-UKR

Hi there

Today I decided to play my favorite game after work, but player DIMON-UKR didn't let me do it.
Regular tank base attacking. Regular. 
His tank was on the flag, and fired the base.
map: Kbely airfield, RtR+sw server, 14:30 GMT

Because Axis MainBase is not protected Base. (Airfield)
