Illegal use of Wasserfall Ferngelenkte Flakrakete

Hi,

Looking for clarification. Is it legal to fire the Wasserfall Ferngelenkte Flakrakete (V2 remote control rocket) from the axis flags at Essen and Mimoyecques with the object of hitting the allied uncaps? or is that against server rules?
Seems pretty useless (on Essen) to use the rocket for anything else in as much as its primarily a dense urban map. I have (in the past) seen a number of respectable players (even an admin) use the Wasserfall to strike the Troop plane while it sits at the allied airfield or on take off.
So what's the rule?

Hi, it's not allowed to attack allied main base on essen with V2 rocket, especially planes. I really doubt an admin could baseattack, are you sure it was an admin?
However, if it's Objective mode, it is allowed to attack the main base for axis, because it's another game mode.

There are no V2 remote control rockets in Secret Weapons. That would be cool though.
