Please unban me, if it is technically possible

Server: simple server base maps with 72 players

The last time I played was around 2015, and after I played Battlefield 1, I started playing Battlefield 1942 again. I put the register keys in the new laptop and it shows me banned on this server for the base version ( but not SW or RtR ) it might be a key shared by another banned player. If I am unbanned and I can enter the game, probably it would be relatively easy. If not, what would be your advice?  I was a semi-active player years ago, and I don't recall breaking the rules ( I was kicked few times for tk because I was flying B-17 on the top of the air and bomb drops was very vague, and there were accidental tk because of that. And I had very high pings generally )

Can admin check if my username is in the system?

Or does it help to extract the CD Key associated with?

If, then the keyhash is needed, not the key.
