permanently banned

Hello again, come to apologize here again. But I've been banned for almost 3 months. I have been warned countless times about spamming my channel. These days I decided to enter the game again to my surprise it had been unbanned. So admin SeVen told me to back off as I was evading the ban. I am a mere player. I don't particularly like coming here and making trouble. Is the decision an eternal ban or when will it end? I read the last reply from the other message and will I be permanently banned?
