unfair ban

On the map of Kursk on 07/24/2021 I got an unfair ban

I already had one frag and when I started to get into the car another player   shot me taking half of my life and I got a ban for  play normally I am asking  for fair treatment and not banning for nothing player

I spoke to the JumPY player who shot me in the game. The situation was like this. I was getting into the car, he shot me twice, taking half of my life, I shot him in warning, but not to hurt him and he banished me for 15 minutes. After all, when I asked for an explanation of this in the game after the ban, he said that I shot him for no reason, which is not true, I am asking only for fair treatment on the previous bulage map, I played normally and I didn't bother anyone, I even scored 20 frags.
