Seems like there is a new windows coming up. Personally i dont feel like changing yet again, but how about you, are you planning on updating?

The question also presumes there is really any difference "under the hood" as compared to the Windows 10 21H2 release Microsoft was already making this fall.  Is "an more Apple-ish shell and some new apps" really "a different version of Windows"?  Or just a new UI for the existing version of Windows?

I'm probably in no hurry to get there, but also no reason not to.  Pretty much the same as I've felt about any Windows update or version.
