NvCleanstall is a very nice tool. (Actual Version is 1.9)
It has a drop-down-List with all drivers and you can activate or deactivate everything you don't need.
"NVCleanstall lets you customize the NVIDIA GeForce Driver package by removing components that you don't need (or want). This not only keeps things tidy, but also lowers disk usage and memory footprint.
Unlike the NVIDIA custom installation, you can unselect packages like "Stereo 3D Glasses", "USB-C", Notebook Optimizations or Telemetry from the NVIDIA drivers."

Sometimes new drivers have some bugs and with this tool you can easily switch back.

I heard Telemetry is not anymore removable, nor can't it be deactivated since some new drivers.
nVidia implemented it on a different way.
