Nameless, you abused on Darcano again, your ban on him was clearly illegitimate and against the rules, and I am the one who has his admin rights suspended? Yes I ended that abuse of yours by lifting that bullshit ban, and I would do it again because you can't ban people for your personal dislike even if you are head admin. Look what it costed me - my admin righs being suspended by someone who has made abuse his daily practice and who NEVER was questioned nor made accountable for his actions.
Show me a rule where it's written that deathbailing is forbidden, show me other admins who give 1 day ban for that. All the rules are flexible to you, you change them how you like, you baseattack, you troll and insult, you use !kill and !b15mins on players you don't like and now you invented your own rule that only applies to Darcano and Merlin, what makes you think that others will accept that? What makes you think that you still have some authority after this?
You will answer for everything Nameless, and you are not getting away with "rehab" this time.The community knows who you are and sooner or later Tuia will realize that too, and when he does SiMPLE will have a true head admin who will care about players and help them, and who will be an exemplary admin and fair leader and who will not hide when he has to respond for his actions.

Truth is admins do this sometimes, for example Combat or Vertigo banned for deathbail on some occations in the past. 000 was also banned for this before, but we never had any heart breaking story about it? Im asking, why?

I'm not a fan to ban for deathbailing, but Why Darcano did that, I can understand to bail on flag, in map, etc, But He bailed over enemy main? I Don't understand that.

The question is if it's done excessively or it's just a single occasion. Sometimes you just bail out of habit and when you realise it was a bad idea you just hit the ground.

Pretty sure 000 was doing it literally all the time for a while. That's a difference.

You are wrong Kaner, admins never banned anyone 1 day for deathbail. There is no rule that says deathbailing is forbidden, and if 2-3 admins used deathbailing as a good excuse to !kill and kick 000 it doesn't mean that they had the right to do it; there is no legitimacy behind this practice and if some admins did it on their own risk it doesn't mean head admin should do the same and even ban for that, it's ridicolous. What a joke of a rule is deathbailing if it applies to 3-4 players who are Merlin, Darcano and 000? Call it with it's name, it's abuse of admin rights.

What is really funny is that Nameless made one more abuse on Darcano after that long series; and then punished me for stopping him from abusing, and you don't see any problem there?

When my plane is burning, chances are I will bail to survive. Since when bailing from a burning plane costs to a player 1 day ban? It's clear abuse of admin rights; and in second place, suspending me for lifting that ban is an abuse  too.

Never? Just bcs u dont remeber doesnt meant they didnt, Im 100% sure bcs I was present several times when they did ban anyone for deathbail (!bdis) and to be more accurate, it happened just x times on Midway. Since you never fly I dont really understand how you are trying to judge the situation of other pilots when they deathbail out of map  ( behind the line where ur gonna die after 10s) and bailing wouldnt save u either if you are engineer, which he was.

I can clearly remember times where 000 would suicide or even disconnect any time he was in danger of getting killed in plane.
I can determine pretty definitively that these deaths were intentional since he even used the suicide command/button for it often.

Fore cases like this it all depends on the quantity...

Do not mistaken my case diggaaa! i made my points already and not gonna repeat it.
I am not an admin nor i would like to be including to these drama. But i see that there is something going wrong here by the actions taken by the admin team lately.

Obviously there is a need for more ''descriptive rules'' for this server. Rules that no admin can evaluate the situation 100% from his percpective. This situation here, abusive behavior and so on reminds me of Turkish footbal league where all the referees suck even though they hav VAR system.

Put more descriptive rules even for details, decrease the faults. Try not to give admins to abuse their rights towards it. I do not think that it will never be the case that any individual admin puts of her player costume out and act objectively but, i am not the one should try to improve all the abusive issues in this server.

The server is called simple for a reason. There will be no complex rules volturi.
But what runs in the background should maybe be overhauled.

"to frustrate or disturb nameless''? If the guy bails to death every time, I'd laugh cause that means he gave up and accepted that he's not a very good player. Meanwhile I'd make a ton of kills and once that bailing guy is back, I'd force him to bail out again. Sounds a lot more frustrating for him. Let him have his deaths. The same thing happens in tanks when a player bails and mines you or crashes into you - how do you forbid that?

Pilots sometimes death bail for various reason, sometimes if they are having an unfair dogfight - like in this case where it's 2v1 and won't give the enemy pilots the pleasure of the kill. Sometimes it simply just happens because the parachute bugs out / "won't activate". Etc. etc.

I believe both persons are/ can end up frustrated - Darcano for dieing and Nameless for not being granted the kill, however best thing would be to just have a laugh that you caused that much frustration that ur opponent death bails.

It's really odd to me that a certain admin keeps fueling the fire and makes his reputation look like this...

I do not like death-bailings, but darcano is certainly not the one who's frustrated, but the semi-corrupt admin is.

If he weren't, then why the ban?

How many random players death-bail, and no bans issued?

But wait, it's darcano the ''cheater'', so let's punish him as long as possible. lol

Similar logic he applied when he decided to abuse  the !kill command against me because I refused to help him during his hopeless dogfights against novice players.

Nameless is a proud semi-corrupt admin.

No this rule cannot apply. Otherwise sensitive admins could ban for all kinds of behavior. Nameless deathbailed too when I shot him down a few times, but I didn't care. One frag more or less doesn't change anything I guess.
