Strasbourg seems like a nice map for clan matches.  This map could be improved, especially for pilots, if the sky and the fog fading was fixed. henk told me it is a very easy fix to do.

You are probably right, but we decided let it go how it stands right now and changing something after the new season already started probably wouldnt make sense and would be kinda unfair to others who already played it.

I think you could make atleast 3:3, but not to be rude, i think you don't see that much.
Like Technoboy greying in the house, you were crying for help over 1 minute in the meantime you can see him crawling multiple times through the wall.

I never say I'm good, I always was rather very sceptical about my skills and my understanding of teamplay. I really spent much time trying to get where Technoboy is. One of the reasons is the map, it's new for me. Another reason is my 32 inch display - it's difficult to check the entire screen area with my eyes in short time. My skill leaves much to be desired, but I would like to ask you to publish the videos of your League matches, maybe I also can criticise them a little...

I think we played Desna River so much lately that we learned the map better now and learned by our own mistakes, but UF played very well on Bocage - very organised and with surprisingly good anti air.

I think we played Desna River so much lately that we learned the map better now and learned by our own mistakes, but UF played very well on Bocage - very organised and with surprisingly good anti air.

I still don't get the entire logic and strategy on Desna River. The map is very complicated. UF were good, I was surprised after Tatouine in the League match.

It's easy to defend/hard to capture and it gives free acces to the "very easy to grey" "city flag" on the island. On top of that the map got plenty of choke points and if u can't seem to deal with the enemy tanks as good as the enemy deals with your tanks the map is very tough as well. The reason we often see it being unbalanced favoring axis is simply just because axis always capture the church flag at the start and often manage to defend it till the end.

Fact: Churches are always hard to capture and easy to defend.

Well, Timmos, this Church on Desna River is not comparable to Market Garden, Cherbourg or what other maps who have church flags. Desna Rivers church have a very little grey area which can be defended by just 1 engineer. On top of that it provides ammo boxes and a parachute spawn from the church tower.

Market Garden and Cherbourg have a really big grey area so even though u don't capture the flag u can at least keep it grey. Take a look at Desna River and u will see what I mean :-)

Honestly, nämeless some respect for your opponents would come a long way, but that is also the reason why you will never get clanplay. You will always be this sad little public player who thinks going 100 to 0 on Omaha Beach is some sort of life achievement.
