At the end this guy is landing in the prison, make a deadly accident, (him and/or others) or someone just shoot to stop him. 

In many countries in a situation like this, the car counts as a weapon, will be scrapped, and you get an
prosecution of deliberately accepting homicide.

Here, if you drive 50km faster then allowed, in a village, they take your car, keep it forever, possible they put you in prison, you lose the license ofc.

For 1km faster then allowed you pay 40 Sfr., up to 250.- it's payable without getting administrative trouble.

But if they catch you like this...

There was a server FG stalin only and there was a guy FG Pauler. Infatry players would gather there. Pauler was a lousy player but he had a compensation - admin rights. Clinged onto it as hard as he could. It was the only way he could keep up and stay in picture.
There was a server Pro Tankers Only and there was a guy - Artih. He hated getting killed in his own server. Admin rights was his only savior from angry rushing tankers who didn't use tactics, they just rushed and killed Artih.

Ahh I liked FG and Pauler and the GBZ stalin follow up - same with PTS and Artih and his Arcor Arena follow up. There is not the slightest chance that the problems come from some of you? I mean I don't know you guys as players or your history (except Timmos), but I know I killed these admins a lot, but never had any troubles with them. 1st thing could maybe be to stop fakenicking so much idk.
