I saw somewhere here, but I already forgot where exactly the topic about the hitbox of tanks (weak points of tanks) can you please give a link to this topic? I have long wanted to know the tank hitbox, otherwise my tank instantly drops from all 12 health bars to 2-3 for one hit of an enemy tank in my front.
eeey somebody will answer me?

im pretty sure its these excellent posts by tuia. looked like 3d renders of tanks and planes, with armor thickness highlighted in varying colours

Hi Fidel
Tiger: underfloor, rear, tracks
P4: underfloor, rear, tracks
T34: underfloor, rear, hatch (weakest spot), oil tank on side, tracks
T-34/85: same, only weaker than on T34
Sherman: underfloor, rear, black box on rear
M10: underfloor, rear, tracks
Chi Ha: underfloor, rear, tracks, box on side (Chi Ha has the highest splash when it explodes. Don't stand too close with Anti Tank from behind)

the hit angle is also very important which so many tend to disregard. ''oohhh I hit em in the track how come they're still alive". a 90 degree hit will do maximum damage at any part of the tank depending on the armor and its shape. Panzer is easier to kill close up cause it is rather squarey and a good hit is much easier to get, especially the turret etc

Good thing we have a tank pro to tell us how it's supposed to be done

What happened to the old Timmos

Hes not here anymore.
There is a way to destroy Sherman with one shot while being in front of it. You have to aim just below the barrel. I showed it to San but it is not easy to aim the weak point.

Actually you shoot though the gap to hit the rear box. With a P4 it is harder btw.
