ban by mistake

.

admin ivo / jumpy banned me by mistake for 24 hours

i texted him via teamspeak 3. he agreed to remove the ban, but he couldnt technically do it properly, so he said he'd send my keyhash to other admins, so they could do it. but ..... it may take long time

so ..... can anyone do it now ?

Its not mistake dont say that (dont lie) you deserve ban but because you comt at ts and ask i told you i will speak with admin and remove ban... but next time ban will be not removed and you will be banned for atlest 7 days... you have -5  8 14 i dont care what reason is ... if somene tk you say this number and he will be kicked or banned... and not tk...

suiciding is not against the rules, i dont deserve a ban

i didnt lie. i call it "mistake" because you thought i delib teamkilled 7-8 players during that round. that -5 score was from 7-8 suicides. i did not teamkill anyone in that round. you didnt even spectate me, you just looked at my score and assumed it was from deliberate teamkills

i dont think 7-8 teamkills in a round is even possible, autokick takes effect at 5 teamkills

there are 35+ simple admins. virtually none of them kick just for having a minus score. look in simple at any given point, and youll find players (mostly noobs) with minus scores. they rarely get kicked or banned for that. why should a regular like me be punished for that ....

so all players that have -5 scores from suicides or accidents deserve 7 day bans

thats against the rules for admins

maybe admins who make up their own unfair rules should get that 7-day ban instead ......

Ivo, you wonder where these " - scores " coming from? He uses when he is fuming in his little room that he cant get gold. Then he starts suiciding to calm himself. This shouldnt be bannable, but lets not forget what should be bannable.  His - scores are also coming from
DELIB suicides to avoi kill. When I take him down in plane..he bails, uses parachute... he sees me im coming to kill him and he deliberately suicides to avoid me killing him. He does it all the time. Or when he is inf and im in tank, he sees me and suicides again to avoid me killing him. Such a scummy gameplay. Even most peaceful admin in game told him not to do that its scummy gameplay . Screen to prove from 20 minutes ago. He does it all the time. Disrupting gameplay or wasting planes. Everyone can says its true.

It may not be against the rules, but suiciding to avoid being killed by a specific player is just a form of trolling imo because it's targeted "towards" an individual.

A few admins had voiced their opinions on the "wasting planes" topic, and the general
consensus was that a player can do whatever he/she wants with his/her plane.
Engage the enemy, don't engage, fly 'round aimlessly, bail..  It's all good..

Have to diasgree on this. Unbiased opinion, in a map where 3 planes decide about fate of ur team ( mean win or loss), why should a player who never cant do anything in the air be tolarated to waste a plane? When he doesnt kill opponent's planes, doesnt kill opponent's tanks, just circling in top altitude and if he rarely finds someone and misses ( always ) he decides to go rush back to his base to BAIL  and get rid of the plane .. its really pathethic, noobish and should be 100% against rules. if this is not waste of a plane then, nothing is tbh.

The rules should be updated so we're all on the same page.

100%, but how many times does this have to be said before it really gets some edit? nobody cares it seems...

What my opinion is does not always align with what the rules are. I didn’t say it was necessarily punishable.

Such a rule, whether or not death bailing and purposeful suicides to avoid being killed is against the rules, should be determined so we don't need to have these discussions about similar situations again
