This is some kind of inadequate and unbalanced admin who constantly loses control over himself and begins to kick and ban players for points when they are in first place. Something is wrong with his psyche.

Yes, we know the rules page needs to be updated.

However, it's a known rule by those who are regular players. Same thing with teamkilling or stealing arty. They're not on the rules page but are known rules by those who play regularly.

Already updated. And this rule was removed, it was before. You cannot violate what is not.

I switched only for a weak team, which did not have more than one point on the map and which could not do anything, I only switched to strengthen the weaker team. Banned for that too?

Previously, the rules stated that you can switch to a weaker team.

Post a video of proof and screenshots of where I switched. Let everyone see which team had all the points and which teams.

There were three priors kicks, and one 1-day ban for stacking (that I know of).
By progression, this ban could have been 3-days.

Battlefield 1942 Server Rules:
- Attacking the enemy uncapturable main base (basecamping or basebombing) is not allowed. You must not snipe at the main base. You are not allowed to shoot at planes during take-off. All other vehicles must be given the opportunity to leave their base. Nevertheless, it's permitted to air strike at a fireing AA gun or a shooting artillery that's inside the base.
- The previous basecamping/basebombing rule does not apply to Battle of Britain map and Capture the Flag (CTF) maps.
- Any form of cheating is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
- Pixel-shooting is strictly forbidden.
- Please respect all players. Behavior only meant to disturb or upset players is forbidden.
- Excessive swearing is not allowed.
- Offensive or blank player names are not allowed.
- Do not spam chat or radio commands.
- It is forbidden to use jeeps as a "taxi" to get to a plane or a tank faster.
- Do not insult our admins, please respect those that put time and effort into our server.
- Do not try to evade a ban, that will lead to a much longer ban.

I don't wanna play the devil's lawyer but there is no point about stacking there (at least not in english nor french)
However I agree that stacking must be punished if not justified (switch to weaker team is a kind of justification, imo)

If I remember I saw long time ago, idk where, idk even if it was on Simple Rules, is to prevent Clan members to join all the same side (maybe it was on another server, so please forgive me if I'm wrong). However, sometimes I've seen clan members (6-7) going in the same team => Is this fair ?

And finally, I played last days and saw completely unbalanced teams (like 10 vs 18 or something) on several maps. I think that some admins were present, no kick nor ban, just letting the auto-teambalance do the job.

Maybe stacking rule should be more precise ? Or maybe just remove the possibility of switching (you start axis, you stay axis...) (and let autobalance rule it) ?

I agree I'm not the perfect example, even if I'm doing my best. But please remind these rules to some gentle canadians around
