inVictus recruiting

We have enough team members to play but, as it has been discussed yesterday, would be nice to recruit maybe one or two more members for our team just in case if someone of us will be busy with his job or family affairs. We expect a player with good skill level and understanding of basics of team gameplay. We are playing training matches on Wednesdays and Sundays, League matches on Sunday evenings only.

Benchwarmer? I'm not familiar with this. Seems it's someone who warms the bench and doing nothing else. But we don't need this kind of player, we need someone useful and there will always be a room for him.

You’re basically asking for new players to play whenever one of the regulars go inactive, that’s what a benchwarmer is lol. What if someone was to join and none of the regulars went inactive during the whole season, then they wouldn’t play at all. A bit harsh no?
