Computer issues cant play

Have not been able to play a few weeks now as my computer decided to get hacked I expect. I can get to the Forum at least but not much else, even surfing is impossible. BF does not allow me in and EVERY server shown in the list, shows me a ping of 9999, even today.
Anyone have something similar? It seems VERY odd right after all those attacks, I cannot play now.
My computer knowledge (as some of you know) allows me to turn it on and pray. Thats about all I know of PCs. Looking for ANY ideas. Will not be around this weekend much but I am dying to get back into the game. I can get to youtube and SiMPLE Forum but not on MSN or Yahoo or emails there.
Thanks in advance for any ideas. Oh and yes I am INDEED considering a gun for repairing it...............JK!   :-)

store all the data you want to keep on a separate drive.
for example a usb.
Then reinstall windows

THANKS for the help you two. I think this will be out of my league. I will try and find someone that knows this stuff to help.
Miss playing folks and will be back!

No need to reinstall.

Just run Malwarebytes, then mark the founded things and remove them.

It makes allways a restore point, before going on.

You could send me the content of the founded things if you like. I will check it. (Before you remove things).

I have Malwarebytes. It will NOT run, because of virus?
And I cannot use Firefox or Chrome, both fail to connect.
I can get to Battlefield and the "list of servers" except they ALL have a "shown" ping of 9999 so I cannot connect.
I can ONLY get to this Forum and to Youtube. Neither one using Firefox or Chrome, I have an icon for BF and one for Youtube and it seems to work but nothing else.
I wish I could run Malwarebytes but I believe I will need a stronger tool because Malwarebytes did not stop whatever has affected the computer.
Just so you folks can giggle, I really dont care much about the Internet or surfing. its BF I am missing!!!! LMAO.
Its driving me nuts.

Is it blocked by some Antivirus program?

Then try to run in in "Safe mode" of Windows.

Or run first one of these tools.

Yo Man, when i had very similar probs (1) out of nowhere a while ago i also was checkin my OS by using many different scan- n cleaner-progs, without any result thou. As i didnt have any other clue what to do and was running out of options i called my ISP to ask if there is anything wrong on their side. It indeed turned out that they had technical issues there, 1 issue was ddos-attacks against them at that time, after they had fixed this my probs were gone either.

Another issue (2) what appeard some weeks later had to do with the allocation of their w-lan-channels, after ive reported the kind of issues i was having (massive laggs in game) they have put me to another channel as the current1 was just overloaded (interferrings of all the w-lans of too many other users around me), after they have changed my channel to a less busy area these probs were also gone.. But that thing only affected any online-games, surfing still worked ok although it was much slower than usual.
Basically its anyway always better not to use delicate and instabile w-lan but wire-con, if u r still @ w-lan just try it with switching to wire instead.

An infected OS can ofc. be 1 reason for such issues, but like in my case its also possible that its ur ISP itself what suxx occasionally for any reason, so its also always worth to contact them to clear some things, i guess if i hadnt called them back then i still would have these issues more or less distinctly till today, at least regarding that first thing (issue Nr.1)..
IF u know what i mean with that 1 - 2 BS lolz..

Anyways, whatever, dont shoot ur pc xD, hopefully u can get rid of this suckin crap in any other way asap Pleiades, hope to c u soon back in game man!!
