Problem with poll creation

Hi so I made a poll for my TDM cup topic and it's giving me this error:

I cannot access the thread on my end anymore. Can a moderator fix this ASAP please? Thanks.

The forum was down for a little bit yesterday, at least on my end. Not sure if anyone else experienced it... could be the reason why polls aren't working though
