He was waiting till Vertigo leaves the server so he can start piloting even with his no flying skills. Saw no admin around..
He was mad i forced him to bail in his base couple mins before, so he decided to kill me in my axis base. There was only 3 seconds left so he was hoping he will get away with it. I made a screen straight away. U can see my dead body. On the tab (axis side) you can see just under my name : Zherkovich [mustang] killed KILLER88 and even in the middle with yellow text Zherkovich [mustang] killed KILLER88. its in between players' ID 1. and 14.

1) Even if it was a dogfight, which could be considered as wasnt, you wouldve had 10 seconds to kill me. You killed me in my base 29 seconds after I bailed. So you broke the rules anyway.

2) was trying to get back back over my base to get some altitude, even tho i was in the air x seconds and u started hunting me. I never shot at you..not even in my base.

just look at his post, just look at it and watch the video of 000. its unbelievable and ridiculous same time. he wrote a whole scenario with false accuses for 000. he trying to convice us that 000 baserape. amazing how much lies in one post, also he took the verdict 1day ban. he even make red squares to convice us. it's unbelievable the obssesion with 000. killer88 should be punished for false report.

Check ur facts before u accuse someone. And yes, players who are well aware of rules, daily players are normally banned at least 1 day for this.

And for your information MadMax. There was many times he was disruptive and I NEVER went on forum to tell everyone. I let that go and laughed over his stupidity.
For example one of many things, on Caen doing shit with jeep. He was in driver seat, he noticed i jumped on the 2nd seat. Instead of doing directly through the bridge, he changed the direction with jeep straight on the fall to water and bailed before the jeep went down to kill me (crash) in water. He did this to jorgen before too, so dont even try to deny that. IQ of bubbling mud.

For this case, I was convinced its against rules. I never false report. But dont look at it as controversial.

Thanks for sharing ziga. I had it saved on my desktop with bf files and screenshots for like 3 months. It was disccused 100 times before in the game. I was told to stick to this and admins even look at this "rulebook" while thinking about banning and kicking from server. And even more as I can see the topic now, even admins are talking about it as its the main rules and they should stick to it, because rules needed an update. Check the conversation on the 2nd and 3rd page.

Get your point Frank. You are right. i wasnt aware its in the admins section. As I said i have it saved on my desktop x months as I wasnt sure about this rule x months before and this is what i was told also. Thats all.
And if theres so many admins agreeing on updating the rules and also agreeing on this version of rules...why hasnt anything happened (updated) yet? As the game moves on, we should innovate.

I've recently asked for the following update to the rules page:

Suggested additions related to the commands which are enforced daily:
- Team Killing. Please do not intentionally kill your teammates.
- Team Wounding. Please do not intentionally wound your teammates.
- Team Stacking. Please do not unbalance the teams. Stay on your assigned team.
- Shooting Friendly Vehicles. Please do not shoot/destroy a teammate's vehicle.
- Inappropriate Name. Please do not have a disrespectful name.
- Listen To Admin Requests. Please adhere/obey all requests from an admin.

Currently, none of those rules are mentioned at all (except for the "name" one)
Hope to see tuia make his way back to us someday..

Well, its a long time ago. Great additions tho. Thumbs up. Almost to disbelief nothing has happened till this day. If you guys ( admins ) cannot change it, then tuia really should come back and make some changes.

i think the kill on mr. killer was a legit kill. he was active player that bailed over main base.
going after bailers in main you have to be careful not to kill other players and try not to damage planes.

ive never heard of that “ten seconds rule” before, and ive seen a lot of admins and clanners regularly attacking bailers in uncap mains 20, 30, 40 seconds after the bail

as i understand it, theres no timelimit after an enemy returns to main uncap. once he has left or attacked out the main uncap, he can legally be attacked until he dies
