Can't get my server to list on the main Server list.

Hey guys, thanks for keeping this great game alive. I've recently set up a server for me and my friends, and it works great. My only problem is that nobody else can see it from the main menu. I had all my ports individually forwarded, but I just enabled the whole range (4711-28900) for TCP and UDP out of frustration. Still nothing. I made firewall rules to match so there are no conflicts. Am I missing something? Do you guys have to add my server manually or something? I'm not planning on running it 24/7, but it would be cool to have others join while we're playing. I was using the dedicated server, and i just changed over to BFServerManager hoping it would solve the issue. Still no dice.
