please raise the ping limit :/

hello

may i make a reuqest to raise the ping limit of 480 to 500?
i am getting kicked for a ping of 490 and im not too happy

this is a stupid, hopeless request
i dont expect the server to change for me, but...just hear me out (:

and how can i lower my ping?
i get high pings of 550 at times

I think this ping is suitable only for sea fights among battleships, destroyers and submarines. By the way, where are you from?

i cant be further away from france....new zealand.
laggy games arent uncommon here

(we are a superbly developed country though but our distance and isolation from major countries puts our internet at strain)

Sitoca, your ping mostly depends on the route to the server and you couldn't affect it in any way. Try to execute:

tracert 188.165.220.115
ping 188.165.220.115

Afterwards, ask your friends with another ISP to execute the same commands in console. Who knows, maybe another ISP can provide you better route.

dont mind him sitoca, hes 9 years old(for real) and he is disturbing us all for a long time but the headadmin dont want to ban him

Why not try joining servers closer to you?

You can download the patchswitcher to play at 1.6 and 1.61, download the game on origin..then you can play at all the servers.

and,  188.165.220.115 your IP address?

and another thing is that i dont have lag periods where the screen freezes. im sure that high pingers dont experience lag periods all the time either
why does SIMPLE kick these people with ping over 480? are we afraid of lag or other issue?

If you get any high ping ,try to lower your ping rate by using some of the following instructions.
1.Don't open any videos,stream and check if there any problem in your router.
2.Make sure there's no browser .exe's still running in task manager
3.Try to contact your internet service provider and get suitable data plan.
4.Use any software like Game Booster
5.Move closer to server
I am sure,if you follow the rules,you will get chance to reduce your ping rate.When i had a ping issue,i followed the same ways.Now i have better ping rate.So only i would recommend this ways.Then you can check your reduced ping rate.
