Administrators are the ones who take actions, no recommendation shall be done. Just report certain player for misbehaving, as well as some credentials (such as time, map etc).

proof of what kind? you can ask other players because i cant know when somebody is gonna break rules so that i start recording and i cant have it record all the time because of lag and storage space of such huge files, admins can just check demo to see if what i say is true, i have been on this forum for quite a while and i have never needed to show any evidence

no recomendation shall be done? are you serious? admins cant check every player every second and this forum is created so that people can suggest to ban someone if they spotted somebody breaking rules
