The stories like this are fiction. It's a genre called "creepypasta", Google it if you want so. Strictly speaking, all these stories are only suitable as a screenplay for horrors. If you want some really creepy, type "agent orange" in Google Images or read the Wikipedia article.

I thought it just tales about bears that let humans live in their den to eat them by parts.
Also heard they sometimes get craizy just like humans and sexual raping the victims before eating, thought it were jokes. Daamn bears!

I just found that's the normal sound for Chicago's tornado siren! I've never heard of anything like that lol. I guess they make it all different tones so it wouldn't be confused with normal sirens and city noise bullshit and sounds bouncing off the buildings.
