hello:D, i got banned for baseattack, yes i baseattacked but just once and then i got kicked and then when i rejoined got banned. kick is fair but for what ban? especially when nobody from who i killed complained

It's a 1 day ban for baseattack.You didnt baseattack once but few times with plane, I watched you.
You report others for not respecting the rules so you are supposed to know the rules pretty well.

these rules dont seem to work, i just came from a server where many people just watched and said about one guy that he attacked 3 times with b17 but absolutely nothing not even a kick-_-, please if you make rules then enforce them always the same way, and also when i baseattacked nobody complained from people who i killed which wasnt the case now but as i said nothing happened

No man it doesn't work that way.If you break rules and no one complains it doesn't mean you are right.Rules work for everybody and you are not an exception.
Read our rules please( http://team-simple.org/rules/ ) and follow them.
When the admins are in game every abuse is punished, sooner or later.

thats right, _when_ admins are in game then people who break rules are punished, often times people break rules and get away with it even when people complain (srsly if you break rules with bots or people who dont care then who gives a fakk) they dont have any way to kick that player. please give players way to kick or ban somebody. also i attacked 4 times one of which was to flak one to artilery

The "kickplayer" vote is a game option which is easily abused. It is unlikely that you'll ever see that here.

Also - you mention that players are breaking the rules w/o ever being caught..

why not? as i already said sometimes admins are not on server and there isnt any command to call one either, if this is not gonna be added then atleast add command to call admin
