The Pre-Configration is pretty good. Just switch the mouse for up and down, if needed and increase the mouse speed.
InGame Max. Resolution is 1600x1200, but you can easely change it to 1920x1440 by editing the Config File in Savegamefolder in the GameFolder
...
Or you can set Widescreen Resolutions, but then it needs a ResolutionHacktool for the right aspect ratio.

In Case of Yager Widescreen.
I play Yager now on 2560x1440.
You need the Universal Resolution Changer v2
https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/file … n-changer/
...
1. Copy all 3 files into the MainGameFolder
2. Open "Resolution.ini" and put there your desired Resolution.
3. (I don't know if you have to make it also in the Savegamefolder, but i made it too).

I don't have 4k, but WQHD.
I play Bf1942 at 2560x1440@144Hz or 165Hz

Well, at least not 'All-time Noob'.
...
What monitor?
The point is. To play new games in that resolution you need really expensive hardware.
...
...
What Monitor you have now and what CPU and Graficcard?
And which newer Games you play?
The problem with Bf1942 at this resolution could be the Ingame letters. (Perhaps it's solvable with the Simples Edition of the MainGame. Could be.)
...
You know, now many monitors support Adaptiv Sync with nVidia Graficcards. It means, you don't have to buy a G-Sync Monitor which costs 150.- to 200$ more then a Freesync Monitor. (Even with nVidia Grafiiccards).
The Problem is that there are many monitors which aren't that good and AdaptivSync with nVidia Adaptiv/Freesync is only supported from 1xxx Serie Graficcards and higher.
For Full HD a 1660, (cheap), is also enough. (It supports Adaptiv Sync, but only on Display Port as all other nvidia Cards also).
But a lot of newer Games at a higher resolution then WQHD need more CPU and Graficcardpower.
...
For a bit more money you can get a Vega 56 as example.
