Ari you cant say Serbia was with axis. I dont know who else had 2 resisting movements except Serbia. Comunist and Chetnicks. While croatian people welcomed Germans with flowers. German officers report that warm welcome can only be compared with welcome in Hitler birth city.

Vojislav, Government of National Salvation (with leader Milan Nedić) was on axis side (just like Independent State of Croatia), that is a fact! Other Serbian movement are Chetniks (with leader Draža Mihajlović) was acted in cooperation with the government of the Third Reich (against partisans and croatian army).

The only army on the territory of the ex Yugoslavia which acting against the axis was partisans (illegal guerrillas army) or later Jugoslavien National Army or original name Jugoslavenska Narodna Armija - JNA

And I agree, the best welcome German army (Wehrmacht) had in Croatia. Croatian people welcomed Germans with flowers is absolutely correct

You are mixing things ari, Serbian governemt was joke compared to croatian. Croatian people was almost 100 % for Hitler ,  while Serbians were against and we pay high price for that.That phony government of Serbia couldnt find 10 volonteers for fighting in east front against soviets, while just in stalingrad were 10 000 croatian soldiers.  If you didnt know first liberated city in Europe was Loznica, chetnicks did it.
