Banned because of a clan tag

Got banned because of a clan tag [2nd SS] RA,i return after one year not playing BF1942 and got banned for nothing,can u plz unbann me i just wanna play!

In my view Waffen SS division tags should not cause a problem as much as other SS divisions because if anyone knows their history (and this is a historically based game), the Waffen SS was a special forces frontline fighting division not one that guarded and ran concentration camps. And before war crimes are mentioned as a barrier to Waffen SS tags it should be also be known by historic record that atrocities occoured on all sides and were not soley the responsibility of German military.

I do not see anyone with that tag in the banlist.

I tried to join on server today and i got banned from server,i played as Rommel before but nevet got problems with that name on any server and i change that name so i dont have problems.
