Banned

Hillbilly banned me because of my nickname!
While server was full of teamkillers, he didn't mind them, his focus was on me..
I was banned for 1 month, if I don't get unban I will never again play on this server.

Dionysus was wearing SS tags, I gave him a warning =!wname  then told him to Remove SS. He said {will not} {ban me}.
So I did.

Sorry Hilly, but I think that one month for a wrong nick is too much.Maybe I don't know the whole story but 15 mins or 1 day would be more then enough in this case.

Why is someone kicked for a name related to the second world war ?
We are playing a game based on the second world war.
I remember that Tuia made a basic decision about it, but i cant find it anymore.

For ex Waffen $$.

and the end of story was/is ..  its just a name like: Stalin ... and somehow that's true too

each one of you should think so well the player name so we all somehow have fun in the future ..

I personally still find that one should NOT glorify the names .. it is more of a question of character ...

I said that same thing when he banned my  entire clan a few days ago, they were wearing that same tag as I did last night.. but he continues to ban ban ban..!
While he was ''chasing'' me, server was full of teamkillers and he ignored them, it looks like it's better to ban old player, who plays fairly and by the rules.
It's ridiculous.

By clicking on the link above anyone can see you came just to create friction. If you hadn't already understood the way we all feel about the subject at hand I could possibly feel sorry for you, but at last you did already understand and then you and some others just come to the Server to create chaos and disrupt with the SS tags. If you come again with the SS tags the same will happen.
This is tuia's server and his  view on this subject, thanks to Sunny's detective work. Thank you again btw.
I really think we need the auto-kick engaged of the SS tag, as so I don't have to look for them anymore.

Whenever someone uses a nazi name, first warn them, then kick them, if they still keep the nazi name after several warnings you are free to ban them for 1 day or 3 days, like, !bname3days .#. If we were to censor nazi names, when a player using a nazi name entered the server, he would be automatically kicked from the server, without ever knowing the reason.

We had discussion about it in unban request that was posted by Arijevac, but no one gave solution..
And about tk's, I was on server less then 3 minutes and then banned, and during those 3 minutes I was teamkilled 2 times on purpose while in my main, logs can show that..
But hey, who is going to check that !
it's better for SOME admins to come here troll me and then they call me a troll !!

The regular server log won't show a teamkill, let alone where you were when it occured.
AFAIK, only the event log will give map locations, but nobody is going to sift through that shit.

My video shows you in a Panzer on the battleground just before you were tk'd the second
time tho.  Yeah, it can be frustrating to say the least, and some do not get caught.

Well, its a tricky thing, hard to decide where the boundary is crossed in that matter, as Horst said: "it is more of a question of character"..
Wearing a SS-tag is ofc near the knuckle, last but not least its an international server and it means a provocation for many players (prolly 1 reason why some guys have to do it by all means eh?!), on the other hand the question is where the line is def. crossed?! What to do with a player who´s using e.g. the name Hitler, and next what to do with a Stalin (who wasnt much better).. or whats about that sick pile of poo Mao, who was a bigger mass murder than these both together, that guy was anyway a totally disturbed bastard who in addition has let torture countless people in the cruelest ways, what strangely hardly anyone knows or mentions.. There always will be any players in game who are using such names, in the end the server-hoster has to decide.. In that special case a compromise wouldnt be a big deal, like Alva said: why dontya guys just use the tag Waffen $$, hardly anyone could have a prob with that.. Whatever, that´s it for me with adding my 2 cents in such matters..

Good points Count but the truth of the matter is that they are only doing it to cause trouble and all of this on the forum and they are well aware of it.  The server is based in Paris and I wonder how fondly some of the French and European players remember the SS?  They are using a clan name that is only meant to be disruptive and I am sure the rules say something about that.

This server have 4-5 good admins and thats all: Frank, Vojislav, Gio, Madmax and maybe Sunshine is not bad.  Others do not deserve to be administrators. They destroy this server

AX server have two active adminitrators and that is much better than this shit. Better two normal admins than 20 idiots
