The lame hats and bus without the pig was messing with me for a sec.

Obviously the 3 pigs with hats at the top line are worth 7 each.

So next line we do 19-7=12. So we know the two buses with the pig are worth 6.

Next line 15-7-6=2 so the hat is worth 2. The pigs in the bus have no hats so those pigs are worth 5 and the bus is 1.

So pig with no hat and 2 hats is 5+4 and an empty bus is 1. So last answer is 9.
