Lame. I'm not even fat. My last doctor appointment was in September and my BMI was normal

The only thing I don't get is how American people getting so fat? Of course, it's kinda strange to hear this from a Russian because we Russians are on the 4th place on the planet by obesity and 100 kilograms is a pretty normal weight for a grown man here, but I still don't get how come you can eat this junk food from McDonalds and the other fast food cafes if you know there is nothing really healthy you can get from it. All these fast food cafes are like gas stations where the consumers delivering their bodies to fill them up.

Healthy nutrition is simple. The calorific value of vodka is 235 kcal in 100 gramme. One bottle is 1175 kcal. So you technically need to drink a couple of bottles per day and it's quite enough to cover the needs of your body in energy. Our German alco-colleagues can drink 10 bottles of beer per day to get the same result.

I'm amazed when I hear about people going to fast food all the time. Some go every day. They'll end up dying young.

I heard its cheaper bying food, then cooking it yourself. Maybe you can tell if this is true?

And yes, i can't understand people eat McD or similar companies food. Here in swiss it's even fkin expensive. Another reason not to buy it.

Its expensive here too, but chatted with a american lady once, and i remember being a bit schocked when she told me how cheap mc-d was there.

Some of it is expensive, some not. More lower income people eat at those places more often than others it seems. I see a lot using EBT debit cards which is the money the get from welfare. But there's also like the $1 menu places like McDonald's has. I'd be lying if I said I didn't like to buy fries and a small shake once in awhile ^.^

If I do get fast food, i try to go to Chick-fil-A because even though it's not totally healthy, it's healthier than the others, plus they are good as hell lol. But it's not a daily or even a weekly thing. Gross.

Bud, I prefer to buy my own food and cook it. It's definitely cheaper I think. I do go out to eat sometimes though. I really like a japanese steakhouse/sushi bar not too far away from me.

You should see the prices in 3th world countries in like Africa or Asia. Shocking HIGH! Not that i go there much... maybe once a month or less. Same goes for KFC and BURGERKING. Funny is in Asia i see lot of people go into these "shops" and buy nothing. Just sit there and play on the wifi. Many mc-d's in Bangkok are full with school kids (open 24hr a day) before they go to school. They MAYBE select the cheapest product and sit down and wait for the bus or taxi... these kids are usually from the middle or upper class families.

Few months ago i was in Taiwan mc-donalds in the early morning... i had a meeting with a young guy who works for the japanese LINE company. He a journalist (thats what he study also) and we started to count the girls come in who just get in to do their make-up (seems they not allowed to do it at home, we guessed). We had 19 girls in one hour who order NOTHING and just do their make-up and leave to school. LOL

Please note in this interview they compare these girls with hookers. That's VERY insulting because these girls are FAR from that. They just want to look cool and beautiful, also their managers of course try to lure in costumers... they do this in their own cultural way. You would NEVER find these girls in a red light district (like u can find these men in the clip there every week).

Hookers are from the POOR area's.. farms and such. Their parents don't know where they will work... these girls who go to the big city THEY THEMSELFS not even know where they can/going to end up! A sad state of affairs.

Hooters and all these things.. the beautiful American culture (puke puke)... since the Vietnam war there were a LOT of gogo bars being open-up in South Asia. Makes you wonder if these heros who napalm bombed villages from their helicopters and go R&R in gogo bars with loads of underage girls choose the right job.

If u want Asia to suck you dry you going to get it... wont be much left after they are done. The show must go on...
