banned because distrubing gameplay

i am sorry but when a team mate shoots me on purpose i shoot back i would be very happy to know how long the ban is or if the ban could be removed

It's a 24hr ban.

Next time just tell an admin that you were team killed. No reason to get -3 points and risk getting kicked/banned.
