SiMPLE's BfVietnam.exe crash when votemap from hosting ingame

Well it's been a bit more than a month that I post problem now I've found more with BFV

When joining server and it's switching mod it re-triggers the disc check for some reason.. and worse when I host from ingame and votemap the game crashes

I also noticed the hands and weapon models when firing they toggle back n forth 4:3 and 16:9 but no problem!
