Desert Combat

I downloaded and saved the Desert Combat 0.7 and final from Moddb.  I went to extract the files to 1942 folder and it said I can’t because they are “archived”.  I was using 7 zip.

Re: Desert Combat

You have to launch the DC and DCF installer exe files by double clicking on them, and then telling it which directory you're BF1942 game is installed in and installing them there wink

Re: Desert Combat

Screen shots and notes of what you're expecting to see are shown here, if helpful.  Note unless you're doing something very specific, you likely also want the DC_Final mod / "Desert Combat .8" in addition to the Desert Combat .7.

Re: Desert Combat

Thank you Jim2102, and Blood for this helpful advice.  I am finally getting all of my BF42 mods working again after a long hiatus due in part to technical problems.
