9999 ping to server

recently after some map changes i stuck at please wait score screen and then i  get 9999 ping to server i was playing for about 5-10 mins ,and i cant connect to server this happens on SiMPLE and recently happened to Tampliers server as well , i can reconnect by reseting my IP but i dont like cause that gives me the undesired route to server , any idea?

i dont know if its server issue, maybe its connection problem or router. i have an issue with my router sometimes my connection speed reduce to half and increase ms need restart my router and all its back to normal
