When talking bout RT, for real, he recovered strenght and got well. But nothing in the world is worth wasting time & health.

I would suggest you read the entire post Doc.  Roger actually started the thread so maybe he wanted people to know maybe he was using it as a support mechanism for himself, maybe writing about it was therapy in itself?  Regardless of the reason behind it I really do not think it is your place to say if people need this thread or not the fact is the thread is here already.

So did Roger make a full recovery you know this?  I would like Roger to confirm that he is well and still keeping the fight going because contrary to what you might think some people do indeed care about a fellow gamer and nice guy.

Saw before some days a Doku about tests with CBD, which is legal in swiss. It has less then 1% THC.

In Labor Tests, they gave an overdose CBD to CancerCells. Between one day a protein is builded on those cells. And because of this protein, Corp own killercells start attacking the cancer cells. The protein is like a marker.

After short time, the cancer cells were destroyed.

Hi all,

Phase 2 is over now.

I was hospitalized for 4 days to remove my own bone marrow.
During 5 days, I had to inject two times a day in my belly, a stimulater for bone marrow produce more blood.
During two days, I was linked to a machine for 5 hours each time. Machine divided the blood in plasma, platelets, red blood cells and white blood cells.
After some filtering, the machine chosed the good cells from each one, collected them and joined all four again to a container.

Now, if I had produce enough and healthy blood, I will be hospitalized again for at least 1 month, get a very agressive (it will destroy bad and unfortunately some good things aswell) chemotherapy in order to make an auto transplant of my bone marrow removed earlier.

Upside is that I was, and I will be in a private room on 7th floor with view to Lisbon-Almada bridge and king christ statue https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDey4RNfaAw  with A/C, internet and a 40" LED TV with cable channels.

Waiting for phase 3 now. I don't want to be lame, but aside from family, you are the only ones who I share this moment of my life.

BTW, I will take my laptop with me and try to play, while hospitalized.

Eh, wou wou wou, wait a minute.. what's going on here?? Can somebody plz enlighten me?? Is someone doing some editing in this thread or what? I can't remember I've been "such an arrogant guy" about Rogers case. Always cared about his health and if I remember right I also wrote that down here. But those posts seem to be.. just gone.... .Whilst reading this thread again makes me look like... an asshole. What the???

Hi all,

Thanks again for the support.

Next monday, April 9th, I will be hospitalized.
First week will be quite hard, will be under heavy and agressive chemotherapy.
As I said before, I will take my laptop to hospital. Unfortunately, after install all the BF1942 stuff, it doesn't launch.
It desplays a black screen for half a second, but then, doesn't execute the game.

My laptop is an HP SGH8TQ28 with Windows10 with the following speccys,

BTW, I have BF1942 running fine at home and had it running well aswell in my shop. Both with Windows10 installed.
So, any help will be much appreciated.

There are some Laptops they don't support 800x600

If his Laptop supports 800x600 in windows itself, then Bf1942 should run normally. If the Laptop doesn't support 800x600, then there's a HexFix for Bf1942 to set the "InGameMenu" to the IngameResolution 1366x768. But then Bf1942 will start only, if the GameResolution is the same like the "fixed" InGameMenuResolution. (1366x768).

But perhaps it's also possible to add a custom resolution (800x600) in IntelGraficsControlCenter.

Ah... just saw you have also a dedicated GPU in this Laptop. Make sure, that Bf1942 is running on only on AMD Radeon, not the Intel in CPU Integrated grafics.
