Help please!

Hi

I seem to be banned from the server:

SiMPLE ¦ BF1942 [FRA]
Player/profile name is "Velmwend"

Have no idea why or when this happened: I haven't even played for months and find I'm banned when trying to join.

There is no Velmend in the BanList.

Meanwhile the Server has a new IP-Adress. Did you update the IngameServerBrowser?

I've made sure I'm connecting to that server IP - still coming back as "Banned".

I notice you missed the "w" from my username. Sorry I still can't get on!

I think I have some bigger issue here I appear to be banned from all major servers now for no apparent reason...!

Has anyone else had this problem?

I've no idea what's going on. I have a valid key, everything is up to date with Origin/Outcome and BFSimple Patch I think.

He shouldn't write his Keyhash here.
