No I must congratulate you for your insightful comments on a topic that is some months old now, did it take you that long to think up something clever to say well done for sticking with it. If on the other hand you were one of those hackers that was captured in game using very old and easily seen hacks then shame on you for playing this game for so many hours and still need to cheat to get anywhere.
oh yes Mr. Dink, I see that you take a old video game very seriously. By the way, it is fun to create hacks only for those who have the mental capacity.
I see that it did not take long for the flies to arrive.

Isn't it great that mere mortal players can be banned for bad language, disrupting gameplay (which often is two players on the same team having a set to with eachother), or even not playing/spawning, but cheats operate with impunity. They can openly boast not just in game but here on a server forum, about their cheating. I know they can't be stopped, except every time they are identified. The most important thing for, Admins to remember is that a ban is no different from a kick to the cheats. So don't ban, that just makes a mockery of the action taken. Kick them. Kick them every chance. If there's one thing a cheat loves it's getting a bigger score than anyone else. Kick them and take away their scores every time. That is the only way you can make any difference. Do not ban someone who evades the ban with such ease. Kick. Kick. Kick.
But in the meantime, do carry on banning people for far less offences knowing that ban will stick. It'll do a good job of depopulating the server and making more room for the cheats you can do nothing about.

You make a brilliant point. Once they show up, just kick them until they get tired. Admins will have to quit worrying about their personal score and watch the board when these sociopathes show up and kick them as soon as they identify their return.
You are totally correct the current admins are worry about stupid shit like Spam, Names, and their other pointless power tripping crap. I think it is funny how the admins here go out of their way to punish players for insignificant crap while cheaters are taking over the server.
The current crop of admins are more worried about the fire extinguishers being inspected monthly than putting the fire out that is burning down the server.

Put those hackers and all those tkers and harassing players into a big bag, then shake it real hard. Open the bag and the first one that come out his same as the one in the bottom !! They are all burning down the server Janet !!!!
