Bad News

Hi all,

A few months ago I've started to walk limp with some pain, on the right leg.
Thought it would be something that would fixed for itself.
Last month decided to go to an Orthopedist and check what the hell it was.
After X-rays and ultrasound, Doctor said to me: - Paulo you have both Femur Heads weared and your right Femur cut you meniscus (tendon). Now I want you to make a Magnetic Resonance Imaging to your right hip and upper femur.

Went to Doctor one week later and he said.
- Paulo, watch my PC screen please. Unfortunatly you have a few tumours on your hip and your femur.
I wil send you to an expert Doctor.
Went to the Doctor yesterday, now he wants me to make some blood analysis, computerized axial tomography, two biopsys (one to hip and one to femur) and an exam that i will be injected with a liquid, that liquid takes 3 hours to get to all my body and then will go inside the machine (Nuclear Medecin), to detect all stupid bad things.
Doctor want to be sure that all my bones are not contaminated.

Now I wait.

Just wanted to share this here, because after so many months with you, I am sure that some of you will pray for me. Those that I know they will wish the best for me. Those that I care for them also and developed almost a trully friendship.

I'm so sorry to hear that! I wish you all the best and i raise my glass too, because i'm not believe in any god! I lost 2 of my best friends due to this f..king cancer! I'm really sure that you'll win this fight! I'm with you my friend.

I have another friend going through the same thing right now although he is now coming out the other side of it just like you will, stay positive because positivity attracts positive things to happen.

They made sucht big progress in all cancer type, stay strong and positve Paulo. Hope you get better news from your expert doctor. I know that waiting should be stressful for you but keep the good spirit.

There was a study that Methadon helps against Cancer. At least in combination with Chemotherapie. When it comes so far in your case, just that you know.

Thank you all for your kind words and support, means a lot to me.

Next week many exams, then the final diagnosis will be maybe at November 6.
I will update whenever have news.

I cant talk much about you and you illness, because i didnt know u life and i didnt know you age and your consciousness....

But i can say u...what i would be do, in your situation...when i become ur diagnose.

There are a much of books and information...and a many people says much about this terminal illness.

I know a much of doctors, mental healer, percetive mans and woman and shamans , they can find ways to healing.

in your situation, i would read a book from dr. leonard coldwell, and attempt what he say, and i would be knowing the prinzip of

Dr. Otto Warburg. "Keine Krankheit kann in einem basischen Milieu existieren. Nicht einmal Krebs."

Alles ist möglich! Und das ist nicht nur ein Gedanke oder ein Spruch....deine Gedanken bestimmen deine Zukunft und deine Heilung.

- UPDATE

Hi all,

I will just summarize the subject.
My blood, due a disease, is planting tumours on my bones, for now in both femurs, hips, spine and shoulder blades. The good new is that all organs are not contaminated yet. Even tho, they could be in future if I didn't make all these exams in order to attack the disease.

I must do more byopsis to my bowl and my bone marrow and a few more exams.
Next step is chemotherapy mixed with radiotherapy (this mix is due to the bones that are already being 'eaten' by tumours), and then Bone marrow transplant.

Tommorow and Friday , two more days at Hospital and wainting.

P.S.: All Doctors have said to me - Paulo you must be distracted, try to do something you like and focus on that.
We will take care of you, no matter the time we need.

Therefore, at least today, you will meet me at RtR+SW.
At least for now.

It was around 4 or 5 years ago , newcastle united had a bad season , they were at regletion zone they hadnt one of their main players jonas gutierrez because of cancer they needed at least 2 goal victory in the last match to stay at league they had only 4 mins left but ....

i recommend everyone to watch this as its not a film but a true story

Hey Roger

This is indeed sad news but I am pleased that you are getting the treatment you need. Caught up with the friend I mentioned in previous post the other day who has just been through a similar problem and he is now really positive regarding the future and is already planning his holiday for next year.
Its been really hard for him getting through it but well worth it when he had, his words not mine.

Rog - wish i/we could do more than just keeping fingers crossed for a full recovery.. they are pretty far with the treatment nowadays, so keep cool and think positive, stay strong and fight mate!!! Wishing you all the very best!!
