welcome to forum.
First you will need bf1942 download it from occeanofgames.com
because torrent died
Then you are ready to play at simple fra server.
But if you want to play at Simple|RtR+SW server then follow these steps.
1) first download this mod
http://team-simple.org/download/Battlef … o_Rome.zip
It is a mod of road to rome
2) then you need to download secret weapon from here.
http://team-simple.org/download/Battlef … f_WWII.zip

After that install both setup at Bf1942 dierectory and then you done.
Remember the file must be installed in battlefield 1942 game dierectory.
