I don't no you read this full topic but it my humble req to read it is a major problem of democracy.
A recent analyse blow my mind.
In 2016 500+ farmer comit suicide because of drought.
There tons of crop destroyed by natural diaster.
thats not a reason the fact is
they took loan from banks for farming and then the crops got spoiled they had no money to return to banks. so banks decided to take their lands.
And farmer had to face some disrespect from society.
people start bully their family.
misbehaving with their wife and daughter.
So farmer suicide.
this not only case in farmer but also my poor citizen brother of India.
they take loan for health and education.
in maharstra a sweeper take loan for his child suffering from cancer.
now his monthly income is 100 dollar.
he had to pay his emi too.
so he can't make money for his house, food etc.
And now he write application to write off his loan.
it means that return of amount taken is forgived.

but Goverment of India denied.

but In india a buisness man Vijya malaya took loan from bank
12000 crore
1crore=10 milion.
and his buisness is one of the richest buisness in india.
but he never return his loan.
and by support of his fame and name.
his loan is forgived.
ao why write off loan is for rich person in india.
it make a big challenge for democracy.
